Abstract/Notes

Abstract: The historic preservation of specific chiropractic artifacts is important for their educational, technological, and inspirational value. By safeguarding these artifacts, we ensure that future generations can appreciate and learn from the achievements of the past while also inspiring future innovation and creativity. Dr. J. Clay Thompson was a pioneer in chiropractic table technology. His prototype Thompson table is presently on display at Davenport's Putnam Museum and Science Center in an exhibition called Quad City Innovators, where it showcases prototype technology and sparks curiosity and imagination in visitors of all ages.
