Abstract/Notes	Abstract: As we all know, it has become increasingly evident over the last few years that, more than any one single factor, the metabolic foundation of virtually every chronic illness chief complaint is chronic inflammation. Some compelling research is now making it clear that there is an intimate relationship between inflammation and metabolic acidosis.
