| Abstract/Notes |
Estrogen dominance is a common issue among men and women. Many health conditions are either caused or exacerbated by excessive amounts of estrogen in the body. Since estrogen is widespread, its accumulation in the body can lead to major health issues. In women, estrogen dominance can lead to ovarian cysts, fibroids, endometriosis, fibrocystic breasts, or cancer of the reproductive organs. In men, it can lead to benign prostatic hyperplasia, prostate cancer, or testicular cancer. In both men and women, it can lead to obesity, diabetes/insulin resistance, cardiovascular risk, and a decrease in sexual vitality.
