Patient presents complaining of needing to lose at least 60 lbs. in weight. He can't remember ever being slim. He is requesting a Nutritional Consult to see what weight loss program would work best for him. He has never dieted in the past but is ready now to lose the excess weight that has
come on since junior high school.
