The following is the text of the tribute offered by Dr. Leonard E. Fay, executive vice president of National College of Chiropractic, to honor Dr. Joseph Janse at the third Conference on Chiropractic History, June 4, 1983.  Dr. Janse received the Association's annual honorary award, renamed the Lyndon Lee-Earl Homewood Honorary Award.
