Background: Careless, care-free and undiscovered lifestyle insults can haunt those targeted by cancer. Many of the undefended wish they had made better choices earlier. The topic of strategy exploded into the public forum with Angelina Jolie’s reveal of prophylactic double mastectomy, factoring her mother’s final decade of cancer diagnosis, decline and death.
Discussion: Women can strengthen their position through lifestyle intelligence. Angelina’s statement acknowledges holistic doctors and alternatives to surgery are part of the work. As genetic design connects to genetic expression, we reveal key influencers in breast protection: how mothers can defend their children; mastectomy’s impact on the musculoskeletal, nervous and immune systems; research trends; breast risks from in vitro fertilization (IVF), antibiotics, and antidepressants, and energy - because without energy breasts are just tissue. What are the most effective, natural ways we can cause our DNA to express its most intelligent form?
Conclusion: Women own their breasts, with or without the BRCA1 mutation, and are asking: “Now what?” Combining design and behavior with wellness-focused chiropractic we discuss how design and behavior of the body and natural world affords protection.
