Abstract/Notes Tibial intercondylar eminence fractures are rare in the skeletally mature individual and are almost invariably accompanied with ligamentous rupture, particularly of the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL); however, knee injuries in children often involve fractures sparing the ligaments. This article reports on an unusual case of tibial intercondylar eminence fracture in a 20-year-old female with the ligaments of the knee, including the ACL, posterior cruciate ligament (PCL), medial and lateral collateral ligaments, and the menisci all intact.
