Abstract/Notes Excerpt: This commentary focuses on the following non-severe structural problems of the spine typically encountered by the chiropractor: cervical kyphosis, degeneration of the vertebrae, disc problems (herniation and degeneration),head tilt, slight misalignment (less than a luxation), and scoliosis (20 degrees or less). The phrase “structural problems of the spine” or SPOTS, is used here to describe these non-severe structural conditions.
