Abstract/Notes With the ongoing development of the information age, it is progressively easier to find interesting journal articles related to practice. With this burgeoning supply of information, however, comes an increased need to evaluate the content of the gems that we find to ensure that they merit application to our practice. Yet evaluating the quality of journal article contents can be difficult. Most of us are not trained as researchers, and our understanding comes from one or a few classes on research methodology that came many years prior to our being able to implement that information. And, as the saying goes, "Use it or lose it."
