Abstract/Notes

A case of quadripartite patella of the right knee is presented. Although multipartite patellar anomalous development is not uncommon, its differential diagnosis is critical to appropriate patient management. This case is somewhat unique in that it not only presented with multiple centers of nonunion, but was unilateral and symptomatic.
